Service Description

Crystals have been used for centuries in spiritual practices to support balance, protection, and healing. Each crystal has its own energetic properties, and we work with them intentionally based on what you're experiencing and what you need. In this personalized session, we begin by looking at what's happening in your life and where your energy may feel blocked, depleted, or out of balance. From there, we select crystals and place them on or around your body, working with your energy centers and the areas that need attention. We may also incorporate intuitive energy work, meditation, or other spiritual practices to support the session. You don't need to know anything about crystals or have a specific issue in mind. Some people come because they're feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Others are moving through a life transition, looking for clarity, or simply wanting to reconnect with themselves. The intention is to help you release what you've been carrying, restore energetic balance, and create space for greater clarity and well-being. Sessions are personalized to your needs.
